Man, I don't know, just searched the hell out of the web and came up with the mag cover, it's teeny tiny but I can read "Editors choice:top gear picks for 2003" across the top and big "Generation next" beside Darren. That's where it's from.

I think the brake levers are bolted together. It's hard to tell in this pic, but, I think there is a little bracket conecting the levers.
